Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, and they were incredibly flexible, especially when it came to working around the paint crew that was also on site. They did a complete replacement of the underlayment on our tile roof and a reseal of our flat patio roof. The work was high quality, and what really stood out was their professionalism and follow-through. As agreed, they came back after the painters finished to inspect the roof and fix any tiles that had been broken during painting. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to the job is rare. Emery was a pleasure to work with—responsive and straightforward—and Sebastian, the crew leader, was professional, respectful of our property, and clearly takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Desert State Roofing to anyone.

When you want to make it a point to give a company a 5 star review, it's a pleasure. My neighbor provided an excellent reference, so I took the leap. Emery visited on time, was thorough, explained the products and the process. He was friendly, bright, and made us feel confident in his plan. The price was fair. I found Desert State roofing while walking my client's dog through their neighborhood in the Central Corridor of Phoenix. They are professional and proficient. In the past year, I've been quoted a bit less, but this was prior to a full inspection and those other roofers may have come back with a higher price once they saw what they were dealing with. The salesman, Emery, took his time and did a thorough inspection. The results are an absolute improvement to my mid century home. Thanks to Emery for pointing out the problems which was keeping the air from flowing properly in the crawl space and parts of the construction that needed replacing. All in all, I have a five star roof! In the sea of roofers out there in the Valley, I felt my money was well spent and when the planned add-ons to my home are completed, I will be calling Desert State, again, for the roofing part.
